Discovery NotesThis phage was found in the garden located in my backyard. In curiosity of discovering this phage, there were procedures where filtrations and dilutions of the solution occurred, and ultimately led to webbing of the experimented plate. Afterwards, plaques began to form on this plate and differed in a variety of ways with their shapes.
Naming NotesThe name spiceology came from the analysis of our phage when the soil was obtained on a hot day in my backyard and it felt significantly hot, in attempt to study this soil throughout Biology laboratory procedures.
