Discovery NotesThe soil was found under a male cherry tree and the soil is moist/damp and is almost granule. This was collected at ½ an inch below the surface. It’s a dark brown in color with some grass within the sample.
Naming NotesThe name spiders came from the 'webbing' step in the amplification process. Similar to real spiders, our phage was creating a web.
