Discovery Notes | The soil was slightly wet, possibly from being watered. It had mulch and some dried plant debris. It was more chunky and less grainy than the past dirt. The soil was found in a potted plant outside of Lambertus Hall. |
Naming Notes | We named it SpottedOrphan because there was contamination from the first serial dilution that looked spotted. Orphan comes from the fact that this phage was adopted. |
