Discovery Notes | Isolation site was located at a local community garden plot. Soil collected from beneath a tomato plant, fertilised with organic mushroom compost making it organic-rich. Soil relatively moist but not compacted. Temperature at time of environmental sampling was 18 Degrees Celsius. |
