Discovery NotesSteveBlobs was discovered in soil right outside of the Sharpe Refectory at Brown University. It is a common eating spot for many of the students. It was collected on September 10th at 11:48am.
Naming NotesI adopted my phage from Emilie Holmes after failing to find any phage in my samples. I named it after Steve Jobs because like him, my phage was adopted and is a pioneer. I made Jobs Blobs because it is reminiscent of the morphology of the plaque morphology.
