Discovery NotesThe sample was collected in early February from a moist dirt patch covered in moss and grass about 20 feet away from Lake Arthur's edge in Spokane, WA. The dirt patch was moist from a rain shower the day before, and was located in between a lake and a trail near the Jundt Art Center of Gonzaga University. The weather the day of collection was a mix of sunshine with overcast and overall chilly temperature in the 40s (degrees Fahrenheit).
Naming NotesThe phage demonstrated a slower growth rate than other samples in the section, so the name is considered elderly.
