| Discovery Notes | The phage was found in a flower bed in a backyard in Gatineau on the 15 of September 2025 at 7:00 PM It was 21 degrees outside. Genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry using rapid barcoding V14 and PCR amplification. The longest read was 17,667bp with 99% identity to phage Circuit (cluster FH). The second closest phage was Bumble (cluster FH) with a 79% query cover and 90.31%. |
