| Discovery Notes | Sample Collection Date: September 1st, 2025 It was collected outside a tree beside my house. The temperature was 83°F and it was very sunny. It had not rained for a while, so the soil was dry and clumped together. It was taken from around 2 centimeters in the ground. |

| Plaque Notes | My phage produced turbid, medium-sized plaque phenotypes, however, there were variations within the size of the plaques produced. In order to determine the mean and the standard deviation within my large plaques, I measured my plates on October 14th, 2025. Large Plaque Sample: Mean: 0.4 cm Standard Deviation: 0.08944 Overtime, the plaques that were produced within my plates began to grow smaller. |
