Plaque NotesMy phage produced turbid, medium-sized plaque phenotypes, however, there were variations within the size of the plaques produced.

In order to determine the mean and the standard deviation within the large and small plaque samples, I measured my plates on October 14th, 2025.

Large Plaque Sample:
Mean: 0.4 cm
Standard Deviation: 0.08944

Small Plaque Sample:
Mean: 0.37 cm
Standard Deviation: 0.55758

Overtime, the plaques that were produced within my plates began to grow smaller.
