Discovery NotesThe soil sample was collected from underneath a tree on a dry and sunny, 31 degrees Celsius, day on August 26th 2013. The soil contained a lot of clay, covered by a thin layer of mulch. The tree provided shade for the area of soil from which the sample was gathered.
