Discovery Notes | Phage Tarien was discovered on a cold winters night from soil that obtained 2-5cm deep into the ground and was deemed darkest brown to black. The soil was fairly dry and contained bits of debris and grass. The soil was watered fairly often and contained larger granules. |
Naming Notes | This phage has been named Tarien after myself. Since it has always been a fond dream of mine to have a scientific discovery that bared my name. |

Plaque Notes | The plaque as seen on an agar plate was circular, clear, small with an entire margin. It has a high titre of 5.714*10^ 11 and single colonies can only been seen at a high dilution (10-5 onward). |
