Discovery NotesA soil sample was collected on 08SEPT2022 from the Mount St. Mary's Univeristy campus. This sample was collected next to the tunnel next to stream; the area was protected from the sun by long grasses;
it was cooler where I got my sample because it was next to running water. I dug out a little bit of soil, it
was about 2cm deep and the soil was moist and black. The air temperature was 72°F. Phage was isolated by enrichment culturing at 25°C.
