| Plaque Notes | After numerous serial dilutions, this phage was acting strangely. I would pick from a small and cloudy plaque, yet I would get two different morphologies after diluting. I will continue to analyze and determine whether this phage produces two morphologies or if I am just getting two different phages every time. The photo attached is a picture of the two different morphologies I was getting after weeks of serial diluting. |
