Discovery NotesI collected soil from in south Flower Mound, Texas. The soil was collected at 7:09pm at night, and the temperature was about 37 degrees Celsius at the time of collection. The soil was moist at the time of collection, and the humidity outside was 37%. The location was in a garden area, under a bush, near the roots. I brushed off the top layer of dead plant matter, and used a plastic spoon to scoop up approximately 2 cm deep of soil into a plastic bag.
