Plaque Notes | The plaques are not all uniform in shape, however, they do all show a circular shape, and they are all relatively around 0.2-0.4 cm in diameter. When being plated, the phage was slow growing so often the plates had a variety of sizes even though we picked an individual plaque (the smaller) to begin with. |
