Discovery NotesThe soil was obtained on Del Mar Campus in the vegetable garden on 06.23/2020. The weather was humid, cloudy, slightly rainy, and very hot. There was little to no wind. Because It had slightly rained an hour before so the soil was damp and dark. It was covered under the tomato plants and other weeds of the garden. I dug slightly down, about 3-5 inches into the ground to obtain the sample.
Naming NotesI called the phage Tomato20 because I collected the soil around a tomato plant from a vegetable garden. The '20' is from the year.
