Plaque Notes | Produces very turbid pinprick plaques around 1mm in diameter. When plated in high concentrations, plaques are very turbid after 24 hours growth, but become clearer as phage concentration decreases. If allowed to grow for more than 24 hours, areas with very densely packed turbid plaques will form distinct clear plaques possibly due to lysogeny. |
