Plaque NotesOur plaque morphology was consistent and uniform in size which ranged from 1-3mm in diameter. When incubated at 30*C bigger plaques grew than when incubated at 22*C. THe 30*C plate had cloudy borders around the plaques.
On the 30*C spot titer, the plaques ranged from 12-17mm
On the 22*C spot titer plate, the plaques raged from 2-7mm
The plaques developed at concentration 10^-4 at 30*C, while on the 22*C plate the concentration went to 10^-5. (We believe this is due to random variable and not a characteristic of our phage)
MorphotypeSiphoviridae
Has been Phamerated?No
