Discovery NotesTully was collected on 1/30/22 by a stream running through Merion Botanical Park in Merion Station, PA. After digging 20cm into the snow-covered soil, a moist sample was collected. At the time of collection, it was cold & windy, with an ambient temperature of -3°C and a humidity level of 35%. Tully has an average capsid diameter of 58.96 nm and an average tail length of 286.89 nm.

The titer of the medium titer lysate was 3.33 x 10^8 pfu/mL. The titer of the high titer lysate was 1.33 x 10^10 pfu/mL.
Naming NotesTully was named after a character in the novel Firefly Lane, which I had recently finished at the time of collection.
