Discovery NotesWe went down to the Stone Apartments here at Ouachita Baptist. Right next to the apartments is a river, so we went there. We went over by a tree and dug a few inches into the dirt under some decomposing plants and collected our soil from there. The dirt was pretty moist, because it had rained a couple of days before and we got the dirt pretty close to a river.
Naming NotesWhen we put our phage in M.smeg it completely ate all the bacteria. We decided that we had a "mega phage" and came up with our name.
