Discovery NotesUber was found on a corner outside of Goodell Hall in the UMass Amherst campus. It was on a small hill with a few patches of grass. The dirt was very muddy.
Naming NotesThe name, Uber, came from the company name, which is also called Uber. They provide transportation and food delivery. The name was chosen because it was catchy and also short.
