Discovery NotesWestville Campus outside the Microbiology laboratory garden.The soil was sandy like and it was dry because it has not rained for the past few months, since it winter. The lysate was pure because it was done on the third round of purification.
Naming NotesUkulinda is a Zulu word meaning to wait. I named the phage Ukulinda because i was the last one to get the phage when we were doing the experiment of phage hunting. Then I learnt that in Science you have to be patient when you are doing something especially when you are trying to discover something new.
