Discovery NotesThis phage was discovered in my backyard from the garden we planted in the summer. The garden soil used to be a cattle field about 12 years ago.
Naming NotesI choose to name my phage Upchurch because that is my last name and it was discovered in my hometown and my family is one of the only sets of Upchurch's in the area, so I thought it would be neat to name the phage after my family and me.
