Discovery NotesI took the soil samples from the side of Sugar Creek river. I used Direct plating to Isolate my phage. Then, I prepared highly concentrated page lysate and extracted DNA from it.
Naming NotesMy parents wanted to give me name Ayris when I was born. I added "V", and named my phage "VAyris", which sounds just like "Virus".
