Plaque NotesOriginally, there was a gradient of plaque morphologies across my perfect plaque plate, but that may have been the result of space constraints due to potentially unequal distributions of phage across the plate. After purification, consistently 4mm-diameter sized plaques were found to confirm the actual singularity of this phage.
