Plaque NotesVery turbid bulls eye plaque. Very cloudy ring and a clearer yet still turbid center, average plaque size between 0.3-0.5mm. Size was much smaller at the higher titers and less turbid. After numerous purification rounds concluded that this was the same virus creating the plaque variations.
