Discovery NotesI picked up my kit from Hughes Hall and went off on an adventure! I decided to go along the Spokane River near a park behind my dorm because I thought it was a somewhat unique place that possibly not many students had gone to before. Phages are typically where bacteria will be in moist places or near grass. I collected my phage on January 28, 2021 at 10:30am. The weather was 39 degrees Farinheight and there was snow on the ground from the day before making it a moist environment.
