Discovery NotesI obtained my soil sample from the community garden near Johns Hopkins University on Thursday, September 6th at about 10:00 AM. The temperature was 75 degrees F and it was cloudy with light rain. I dug about 3 cm deep at a depression where some small seedlings were planted. The soil was very moist.
Naming NotesZaaboot is Arabic Egyptian slang for a hoodie. This term is currently outdated in Egypt and used by few elderly people. I hope naming this phage so would help preserve this nice joyful name.
