Plaque NotesAfter pureify my phages by streaking meathod six times, the phages were 2mm in size and are classifled as lytic. It took 4 times to get a web. Flood just two plates had just enough DNA to isolate and purify phage DNA so, didn't have enough DNA to take a picture using the Electron Microscopy. Also somewhere along the way I made a misteak so my phage DNA didn't find purify and I don't have enough to do the step again. I am finish with the lab.
