Discovery NotesThe phage was discovered digging up soil from under a tree located near one of our school's academic buildings, Hayman Hall. Plaque assays, spot tests, and enrichment isolations were done to isolate the phage.
Naming NotesI chose to name my phage Zoodles because I was hungry while trying to come up with names for it. I ended up looking up random foods and zoodles happened to come up, and I thought that sounded cool as a name.
