Discovery NotesDiscovered in my backyard! My brother collected my sample for me when he drove home one weekend. The weather was overcast. The sample was collected from underneath topsoil next to my dad's wildflower garden.

Plaque NotesI initially isolated a bulls-eye plaque, and during purification, both clear and bulls-eye plaques continued to be present. I conducted a big small test to make sure the my plaques were pure, and concluded that my phage was indeed producing both clear and bulls-eye plaques.
