Discovery NotesCollected in the Calvin Ecosystem Preserve by the Bioswale, by the base of the numbered post 4. Sample was collected about 2 cm under top soil. Ambient temperature was 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Soil was sandy and mostly dry.
Sample was purified multiple times due to the presence of two different plaque morphologies - both of which are from the same phage.
