Discovery NotesMy sample was collected at the Pond near the Multipurpose Center on Campus. It was a warm, muggy day because it had just rained. It was around 7-8 so the sun was starting to set as well. I dug down about 1 inch under the soil. There was some grass that I had to get through as well.
Naming NotesI chose Litany because while trying to find my phage, I kept having to go back an repeat steps because the host bacteria was being difficult. It was to the point when I was doing serial dilutions in half the time it first took me to do it.
