Naming NotesAlthough it may seem that this phage is named after its place of origin, it is actually named after iconic reality TV star Tiffany "New York" Pollard. This is because I love this phage and we shared lots of good times, but just like Tiff, she was also extremely problematic. She was so problematic, in fact, that it was comical!
