Discovery NotesThis phage was found on a shady dirt covered walking path. The location was covered from the sun by trees and a building. The topsoil was very dry.
Naming NotesEveryone in our group likes the color purple, so wanted to include that in our phage, "Purple" was already taken, so we added "Dog."
