Discovery Notes | When the phage was first discovered, it was contaminated and me and my partner had to replicate the process multiple times. It. at least was 15+ When we finally got our first webbed plate, we could use it but not to its full extent, due to a low phage count. So we had to make multiple webbed plates until we got one with different phage morphologies and enough phages for us to experiment on Once we got a webbed plate with a phage that me and my partner were able to experiment on, we discovered our phage and moved on with the lab procedures |
Naming Notes | The name of our page came from combining my partners and I two last names Yaow AKHAN + Landon SCOTT =AKHANSCOTT!! |
