Discovery Notes | Found in soil collected from a compost bin that also contained a decomposing Hawk. Alanalda genomic DNA was sequenced on a ONT Minion, R10.4.1 chemistry using rapid barcoding V14. The longest read was 44,780bp with 85% query cover, 95.73% identity to phage QTRlifeCrisis (cluster A1). |
