Discovery NotesSoil sample was collected from under a tree. The site is a grassy area with several trees, other vegetation, wildlife, and many bugs in the area. Soil was relatively dry at the time of collection. Area typically sees lots of rain and floods during times of high precipitation. Single plaque purification was completed four times until phage AngeloMichael was isolated and purified.
