Plaque Notes | The plaques are larger on the inside of the plate that we used for our full titer, and the ones that were found on the 10^-2 plate are about 0.5mm and much smaller on the outside. On our 10^-3 plate, there are too many plaques to count. The clearings in the center are much clearer and again larger than the clearings on the outside. The clearings in the center are about 1mm. On our 10^-4 plate, we have 46 plaques. They are larger than the other plates, about 1-1.5 mm. Again, the clearings are mostly on one side. Our 10^-5 plate only has one, 1mm clearing. |
