| Plaque Notes | We focused on the third plaque plate in our picture from Feb 13, with the heart-shaped plaque. Here, the plaques were more isolated. This is the result of a pure phage population, and the average plaque size is 10 mm. Most of our plaques were round and circular. (note: unfortunately we don't have a TEM image because our last lab didn't go as planned before quarantine.) |
