Plaque Notes | After 24 hours: Size- 2mm in diameter Turbidity- Cloudy Morphology- Bulls-eye pattern. The center of the plaque is clear and the outer edges of the plaque were cloudy. Shape- Not perfectly circular. Looks like a slightly flattened oval After 48 hours: Size- 5mm in diameter *Had the same characteristics as the 24 hour plaques, except the diameter. The Bulls-eye pattern remained unchanged |
