|Sample was collected on the campus of Queens University of Charlotte by a sidewalk next to the Gambrell Center.
The soil was dark, moist and rich, it had rained 2 nights previous to the extraction, so it was also slighty damp.
|I came up with the name "Barnie" because I wanted the phage to represent me and my "Barnyardigans" which is what I nicknamed my neighbors/teammates, we all live in the dorm Barnhardt.
