Plaque Notes | On the 10^-5 dilution of Bralma's full plate titer of the lysate, the plaques were round and generally of the same small size. It appears that a temperate phage might be present because of the turbidity of the plaques. There were 13 plaques, all of which were concentrated towards one side of the plate (bottom right). The titer of this plate was 4.33 x 10^8 . |
