Discovery NotesThe soil was collected January 13,2020. I made sure to dig up the soil about 1-2 inches below the surface. The soil that I collected was very moist, dark, and almost clumped together. Various small pieces of wood were also collected along with the sample. On such day, the weather was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees Celsius) with a great amount of humidity, which could explain the moisture within the soil sample.
Naming NotesThe sample was found by Bruce cafeteria at the University of North Texas so I chose to name it Brucer
