Discovery Notes | Damp soil, visuals of sand and fine minerals approx. 1 inch deep. When collecting the sample, Kajsa and I also got some moss in our sample. Found at the base of a tree with moss covering it. The tree was in front of the main entrance of the Jepson Center at Gonzaga University. |

Plaque Notes | Small clearings approximately 1 and a half mm in diameter. The clearings are clear, and you can see through the plate bottom, but if left to sit for a week or longer, they will produce a halo, which looks like a small ring around the plaque clearing itself. |
