Discovery Notes | The sample was located behind the St. Aloysious church. the dirt was slightly frozen. It was early January and it was very cold, grey and cloudy day. |

Plaque Notes | For the plaque that was placed in the 15 degrees Celsius, there was a small, clear phage about less than 1cm in length around. For the plaque that was placed in the 22 degrees celsius, in the 10 to the negative one, there were two large clear phage with 0.7 or 0.8cm in length. These were the most visible compared to the 15 degree plaque and the 30 degree plaque. For the plaque that was placed in the 30 degrees, the there was one minuscule muggy spot that portrayed there was phage. The one in 30 degrees celsius was less than 0.1cm in length. |
