Discovery NotesI collected the soil from a small dog park near my apartment. The soil was very dark in color and moist from the early morning dew. The area was full of dogs and the ground had lots of bugs and ants. It was 6:00am in the morning at the time of collection and the temp. was 79 Fahrenheit and the humidity was 76%.
Naming NotesI collected my sample from a dog park. When collecting I noticed two very large dogs that reminded me of what I would think Cerberus would look like. Cerberus is from Greek mythology, he is Hades three headed dog that guards the underworld.
