Discovery NotesThis sample was found in soil that was very loose and rocky. It was collected from a high-traffic area near a gravel walkway right beside a trash can. After the very first round of serial dilution, no plaques grew, but it could have been due to my error. It took a second try to get any growth.
Naming NotesI chose this name because my sample contained a used cigarette butt.
