Discovery Notes | The soil was slightly moisturized. We dug about 3 inches deep into the soil found many tiny roots of the trees and made sure we collected the soil mostly instead of dried leaves and roots. |

Plaque Notes | The morphology of the plaque is seen to be small, round, and clear. However, when we plated to find the low titer lysate, the plaques were lysogenic, meaning they had a small section of bacteria in the middle and a clear zone around it. |
