Lysogeny NotesThis phage undergoes a lytic cylce (as indicated by the very clear plaques), with a 48 hour emergence time during incubation. The behavior of the phage is largely based off of its concentration, with higher concentrations creating very small (2 mm), largely clear plaques. Low to medium concentrations, however, lead to larger plaques (4 mm) that can also even form halos instead of the normally completely clear plaque.
Annotating InstitutionUnknown or unassigned
Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque NotesCoolSauce results in plaques that are about 1 mm and 3 mm in size that are very clear; sometimes they have a halo effect to them.
