Discovery NotesThe soil sample our bacteriophage was collected from is located beneath a tree approximately 20 yards south of the Hughes hall main entrance. The tree is the first of three located in this area. Soil has a dark coloration and is compact with a few small rocks in it. The soil is obtained between the surface and one inch deep.
Naming NotesIt was discovered around halloween time and it was determined it had a thirst for bacterial blood.

Plaque NotesOur plaque is slow growing in nature. It has smooth round circular edges and is turbid. It tends to grow isolated before growing together to form larger cells and colonies. The average diameter of our plaques was 2.5mm however they could be as large as 4mm in diameter.
